We like old things here at kith and kin. Throughout our work you’ll find that our inspiration predominantly comes from things of the past. Old fountain pens used in our calligraphy, Turkish rugs in our lounges, antique leather tools in our custom made leather candle holders. But the statement piece that really speaks to our appreciation of all things old is really our 71’ Volkswagen. Born out of a long love of Volkswagens from both of our families and childhoods, our ________ has been the most anticipated feature of our event business.

We’ve restored it from rust to redemption, with an aim to marry the old to the new. The Volkswagen accessories such as the vinyl dash, 3/4 bench seat, and perforated headliner have remained true to her classic state. While the checker tile floor brings in a sense of trendy modernity. The most original feature being the flat four boxer engine that still euphonically chirps.

A picnic in the foothills to toast to your 10th anniversary? The bus with our low seated boho table. An intimate elopement on Stanley lake? The bus with our micro lounge for you and your few guests to hang out after making your vows. A party for your little one’s 5th birthday with their friends?
